“I highly recommend Erica because now I have a renewed focus and direction for my business!”Shawna Sacher

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

“Erica did an outstanding job on our pet boarding/grooming business evaluation. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to anticipate my issues before I brought them up. The evaluation was comprehensive, thorough, and well laid out. In addition to the revenue increasing analysis I requested, she presented among other things, marketing, human resources, administrative, procedural and cost saving ideas. She warned me of regulatory pitfalls. She saved me by giving compelling reasons why NOT to go with a proposed business expansion. I have already implemented several of her suggestions and am working towards others. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.”

“I whole heartedly recommend Pet Care Consultant Erica Mortati. Her detailed analysis and comprehensive understanding of our Dog Boarding establishment greatly impressed us.

She was able to quickly zone in on and clearly communicate to us what actions we might take to improve Operations and our bottom line. Erica compiled a Handbook for us that succinctly outlines her ideas and suggestions. These include specific profit making and cost saving measures that we plan to implement. Her positive energy, outstanding work ethic work and professionalism are beyond reproach. It is also evident that she truly loves animals and has their best interest at heart. Her past experience as owner and manager of a large and hugely successful and respected Dog Day Care and Boarding Facility give her special insight into what our needs are.

Erica’s special guidance has reignited our passion and commitment to what we do. I have full confidence that you will be overwhelmingly pleased with her Consulting Services.”
